Education for disadvantaged women and girls |

A global action week for education of everybody in Vietnam with the theme of education for disadvantaged women and girls will take place from May 2nd to 8th.
The week will launched by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Global Campaign Alliance for Education in Vietnam.
The event aims to improve people’s awareness and social care for the importance of investment in education and to encourage the Government, committees, agencies and the whole society to support education for all people, especially disadvantaged women and girls.
The Ministry of Education and Training asked Departments of Education and Training to instruct schools to respond to the event in different ways. After the event, each school will tell a story of a disadvantaged woman or girl who changed their life and made a contribution to the society, thanks to education.
