Acer grants 150 scholarships to students

Acer Vietnam Company on Tuesday announced a study program to grant over 150 scholarships worth VND2 million each to poor, outstanding students of ten universities in HCMC and Hanoi.
The company also offered other benefits for students. On August 27, new students who scored 21 in this year’s entrance exams can buy 1,000 Acer computers in types at VND8 million each at Acer retail outlets in Hanoi and HCMC. In the cities of Vinh, Haiphong and Danang, the company will sell 400 computers at VND7.5 million each.
From August 28 to September 10, all students entering universities and colleges this year will receive a Mobifone card worth VND1 million when buying an Acer computer with Pentium Dual Core P6000 at Acer outlets in HCMC, Hanoi, Vinh, Haiphong, Danang and Can Tho.
