Vietnam-Vatican Joint Working Group to meet this week |

The second
meeting of the Vietnam-Vatican Joint Working Group will take place on
June 23-24 in Vatican, said Spokesperson Nguyen Phuong Nga.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nguyen Phuong Nga made the statement in response to reporters’ question about the event.
The diplomat revealed that as negotiated by the two sides in the first meeting which was held in Hanoi in February 2009, the second gathering will discuss and implement the agenda of the earlier meeting.
The Vietnamese delegation will be chaired by Deputy FM Nguyen Quoc Cuong and the Vatican delegation headed by Deputy FM Ettore Balestrero.
