Work on 110 million USD resort starts in Da Nang

Work
on construction of a 110 million USD resort started in the central city of Da Nang on May 4 by the
Saigon-Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company (SDN), a member of Saigon
Investment (SGI).
The 12-hectare Le Meridien
Danang Resort and Spa lies on 500m long Son Tra-Dien Ngoc coastline. It
includes a five-star hotel with 349 bed rooms and a villa and apartment area
for sale and lease.
Close to the World Cultural Heritages of Hoi An
ancient town, My Son sanctuary and Hue ancient
city and Da Nang
international airport, Le Meridien Danang Resort and Spa is expected to meet
demands on entertainment, shopping and sightseeing of visitors and residents.
The project, the third of its kind invested in Da Nang by the SDN, is
scheduled to be complete and operational in 2013.
Also on this occasion, the SGI and the SDN donated
1 billion VND to the Fund for the Poor of Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang city.
