In his reception to visiting Russian Minister of Culture Avdeyev Alexandr Alekseyevich on Tuesday, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng was very pleased with the well-flourishing bilateral ties between the two countries.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng reaffirmed that the Party and Government of Việt Nam always place importance on cementing and deepening the traditional relations as well as developing the strategic partnership with the Russian Federation.

Highly appreciating cooperation agreements gained by the two Ministries of Culture, PM Dũng urged them to put these agreements into reality soon.

Apart from economics, trade, investment, science, technology, national defense, and education, Việt Nam also wants to promote cultural cooperation with Russia, the Vietnamese leader emphasized.

Minister Avdeyev Alexandr Alekseyevich said that PM Vladimir Putin had assigned Russian ministers to drastically realize agreements reached during PM Dũng’s visit to Russia last December.

Russia is trying best to consolidate the strategic partnership and comprehensive cooperation with Việt Nam, he added.

The guest revealed that Russia will actively take part in the 1000th anniversary of Thăng Long–Hà Nội this year.
