HaLong.jpgTV5, French TV channel specializing in natural discoveries and eco-tourism, has filmed the village of Vịt Cổ Xanh in Lương Sơn District of Hòa Bình Province, and the sailboat Sao Biển in Hạ Long Bay of Việt Nam.

The images of Vietnamese landscape and people will be broadcast on TV5 Quebec in January 2010 and then on TV5 Monde in March 2010.

While making films in Việt Nam, the crew was much interested in introducing the country’s sustainable eco-tourism development model of the Vịt Cổ Xanh Village.

France is a major tourism market of Việt Nam. Some 300,000 French tourists come here each year.
