Question: How do you comment on the assessment on religious freedom in Viet Nam made by the U.S. State Department in its Annual Report on International Religious Freedom 2010?

"In Viet Nam, the rights to freedom of belief and religion of the Vietnamese people are enshrined in the national Constitution and are respected and guaranteed in reality. This fact is acknowledged by the international community.
