Vietnam, Japan join hands to build thermo-power plant 

Hanoi (VNA) – The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on Jan. 18 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on building Song Hau 1 thermo power plant in the Mekong delta province of Hau Giang .
