Vietnam
and India have established a strategic partnership and are implementing
measures to boost the traditional ties of friendship and co-operation
in many fields.
Investing in
children to exercise their right to live, to be protected, and to grow is
investing in the future, said Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung at a
ceremony in Hanoi on February 23 to mark the 20th anniversary of Vietnam’s
adoption of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child.
