The annual report of the Institute of International Education (IIE) shows that the number of Vietnamese students studying at the universities in the US in 2009-2010 increased by 2.3 percent in comparison with the previous academic year. The increase is just equal to 1/20 of the galloping growth rates in the previous years
Vietnam has joined other nine Asian and seven European countries in an Asia-Europe university education cooperation programme called “Man Health Environment Biodiversity in Asia” (MAHEVA).
